Highly recommend.. the service is okay, communication is fast, the schedule is on time.. the crew are all okay too.. the ship's facilities are clean and complete.. if you go to Labuan Bajo, definitely use East Trip Indonesia again..

It was the second trip I made with a different agency. Compared to the previous one, this sailing trip was superb.Let's start with the pick up transfer to harbour; the driver very helpful, the car was clean. It was completed in timely manner. When we arrived at harbour, our guide and the Gandiva Phinisi crews were welcomed us and assisting with our luggages. Our welcome drink and cold towels are waiting for us at Gandiva Phinisi, together with the genuine crews.The ship was clean and beautiful, the crews were helpful, the food was delicious and the destination and experience was spectacular.If I recall correctly, it was really crowded that time. Lots of ships go sailing. However our guide gave us some suggestions for a better destination with not so many people around, which I appreciated.A big thanks to East Indonesia Trip for arranging this everlasting journey, and our visual content creator Baayooe for capturing the essence of our memorable journey. The videos and pictures you took were beautiful and tell alot of our unforgettable trip.You ROCK!

The 3D2N cruise with East Indonesia trip has been an amazing opportunity to explore the incredibly beautiful Komodo Island and I really would suggest this experience to everyone. Our tour guide, Ardi, guided us towards the most unique spots at the best time to avoid crowds, while capturing many pictures and videos with Go Pro and Drone. The boat was very nice and also the crew took good care of us, cooking a lot of tasty food and help when needed.I suggest just to improve the level of cleanliness of the boat, for both the towels and the blankets, and the communication of the activities plan to make sure all the guests are onboard.

My friends and I went on a 3D2N cruise with East Indonesia trip and I would suggest this experience to everyone. I have been on the boat with a group of friends in august. The boat is very beautiful - just as pictures- and the crew took care of us in any aspect (from cooking delicious food to taking us a lot of professional pictures). Our guide Ardi took us in all the agreed places at the right time so that we could enjoy the landscape without many other tourists around. Feedback for the future: more transparency on the tour schedule and cleaner spaces, blankets and towels.Best,Federica

What is Open Trip?

Open Trip is a shared Trip with other people in group who may not know each other with the same destination, and only available in certain days/dates, and certain boat

What is Private Trip?

Private Trip is a private holiday with your own group/colleagues. You can Choose boats and dates as your needs, as your wish. we will try to adjust and accommodate all your needs.

Payment?

PROCEDURES FOR REGISTRATION

  • Pay 30% Down Payment as Commitment Fee for Private Charter and 50% for Open Trip.
  • Confirm payment via email by attaching proof of transfer
  • Full payment is no later than H-7
  • For Open Trip Registration is closed D-7 or after the quota is full.
  • Payment can be transferred to Mandiri no. 155-00-1 131 507-7 an. CV.EAST INDONESIA TRIP
Cancelation?
  • If a cancellation is made by the participant before the date is taken for any reason, a cancellation fee will be charged with the following conditions:
    • After registering: the deposit is forfeited (non-refundable)
    • 30-15 days before the date of departure: 75% of the cost of the tour package
    • Less than 15 days before the approval date: 100% Of the tour package fee
  • Cancellation fees also apply to participants who change the departure date or change the tour package/tour type.
  • If the cancellation occurs because Of force majeure 'forced/unresolvable incident due to natural disasters, riots, terrorism, and others. Therefore, the refund will follow the policies from the airline, hotel, transportation and all parties related to the tour.

Change / Addition (Deviation)

  • Request of change or extension to tour schedules / additional travel outside the of travel route originally in the tour package, can be done depending on the ticket availability, accommodation and transportation.
  • Deviation fees will be applied according to the rates specified by the airline, hotel, transportation, etc.
  • Additional fees required in the deviation will be fully charged to the participants.
  • Deviation which shortens the tour schedule, will not be the cost reduction from the original cost of the package.

East Indonesia Trip is not responsible and cannot be sued for:

  • Delay or cancellation of visit schedules and all events that occur beyond the control of the East Indonesia Trip.
  • Loss cost for delays caused by participants.
  • Loss of personal belongings (luggage, cameras, bags, jewelry, etc.), deposited goods at the airport or at the hotel.
  • Loss of tourist equipment by participants, the cost of replacing tourist equipment is the responsibility of the participant.
  • damage, loss, and delay of baggage from the airline, hotels, and other transportation equipment.
  • Negligence of participants who experience personal injury or death.
  • Leave the participant due to illness or accident during the tour.
  • If there is a service in a tour package that is not used by participants for any reason. In this package, there is no additional tour package fee.
  • Changes or reduced events that occur due to force majeure/forced/unresolvable incident due to natural disasters, riots, terrorism and others. Changes are made for the sake Of the smooth travel and security Of participants. In this package there is no additional tour package fee.

East Indonesia Trip has the right to:

  • Ask participant to leave the group, if the participant tries to make a riot / chaos towards the group or other participants and considered to harm the visited places.
  • East Indonesia Trip has the right to charge the difference in package costs and others (if there is an increase in the cost of a tour package, airport tax. etc.).
  • East Indonesia Trip has the right to charge additional fees if there is a request for service support by participants.
